Product Description: Guidelines for Using the Digital Smart Contact Grill Before the First Use:

Before using the indoor grill for the first time, it is important to check that all necessary parts are present. Press the "Unlock" button located on the right side of the grill to remove the grill plate for cleaning using a mild cleaning agent. Once the grill plate is dry, insert the desired cooking surface and ensure that the drip tray is inserted correctly. Insert the temperature probe with the logo facing upwards, which will be displayed on the screen.

First Cooking Guidelines:

Step 1: Connect the power supply to the grill and select the cooking area. Step 2: Set the cooking time and press the knob to adjust the cooking temperature. You can press the knob again if you need to adjust the probe temperature. Step 3: Press the start button to begin preheating. The screen will display "PRE" during this time. After 5-6 minutes, the grill will beep three times to indicate that preheating is complete. Step 4: Once preheating is finished, press the start button again to begin cooking. The screen will display the cooking time and temperature you set before preheating.

Helpful tips:

• To achieve satisfactory results, add a small amount of cooking oil to the plates.
• Close the grill plates during preheating to reduce the preheating time.
• Only use the handle to open or close the top cover.
• Utilize the foldable bracket on the base for fast oil draining and smokeless cooking.
• Wear gloves when removing the drip tray for easy cleaning.

Use of Temperature Probe:

• There are five setting modes available: four default temperatures and customize temperatures.
• The probe icon will light up when the temperature probe is inserted.
• Select the desired temperature setting or customize the temperature by pressing the knob.
• Insert the probe into the center of the food, and the temperature will be displayed.
• When the food reaches the desired temperature, the machine will beep five times to signal that it is ready.
